Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pregnancy Disorder Product Line Clinical Diagnostics Out-Licensing Specialist to join our growing organization. The specialist will be responsible for negotiating and executing licensing agreements for Pregnancy Disorder clinical diagnostic products and services with external partners, including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, insurance companies, diagnostics companies etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and assess potential licensing opportunities for Pregnancy Disorder clinical diagnostic products and services.

· Lead negotiations and manage contract execution for licensing agreements.

· Maintain effective relationships with external partners to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

· Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to clinical diagnostics

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal departments, to ensure alignment on licensing strategy.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, or law

· 5+ years of experience in licensing and/or business development in the clinical diagnostics industry

· Strong knowledge of the clinical diagnostics industry and regulations

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
